The pain in us creates a want for love, a continious self seeking desire. But this vanity is ignorant and knows not what it’s doing so it leans into the world creating experience after experience in the futility of trying to find itself. Its why too when attention is gained from others it may feel silently, “this is what i am… <insert ego definition>”.

But when attention is withdrawn or the experience fades then it falls into pits of despair only to grasp again outwardly for another experience, for more attention, until it finally dawns upon the reason why its doing this.

Observe your own self seeking behaviours and see how all thoughts are created by your wanting, or of wanting not. Then depending on how pure you are, how much work you’ve done on yourself, you’ll be able to stop the addictive cycle once and for all.

This one is helpful for young children encouraging them to express their feelings and handle their emotions.

In moments appropriate take a balloon and hold your hand out to your child asking them to relate their concerns. Listen intently as they give you each one and put it into your mouth before blowing it into the balloon. When all concerns are expressed and blown into the balloon give the balloon to the child to let go of.

Works best with added hugs and loving response to whatever you can practically assist them with.
You can do this excersize for yourself too with your own inner child.

From a very young age we become indoctrinated into the world of superficiality, the world of trash intellectual non-sense and separation from all thats real and true. A world based on lies, greed and driven by insecurity. A world where sexual degradation and mediocrity is glamourised. A world thats cruel, brutal and insincere. A world thats filled with people who are already dead!

Sincerity is the cure for this dying world as it gifts us with clarity and vision setting wheels of divine guidance into motion. Sincerity brings peace, heals hearts and serves all, for sincerity is grace expressed, the power and integrity of the soul!

To deviate from sincerity is to stray back into the world of death.

Everything is God, every single thing and there is nothing closer to us than this so to think and speak negatively of others is your speaking to God negatively about God. What use is that? And how can life ever adjust to your happiness if your bad mouthing it all the time?

Everyone is you, the subtle warmth, love and beauty within. We all share this truth, its in all of us no different. Only the body, its behaviours and tendencies differ from person to person. But even the tendencies in others are manifestation of our own. So we share in truth of grace and in illusion too and we heal everyone by healing ourselves.
